New Security Council Makeup

Bill at Dailypundit makes an interesting point while discussing the Oil-for-Food scandal:-

...what would you think of a Security Council of the US, China, India, Britain, and Japan? You know, one that actually reflected the realities of the world powers?

Hmmmm. I'd support that, as long as China could stop with those pesky human rights violations.
